The Intermission Ad by AdBrite

By Simon on August 26th, 2006. Published in AdBrite, Make Money.

AdBrite has recently launched a new advertising system for their publishers and advertisers. It is called “The Intermission Ad”. It is a service similar to the ‘interstitial’ ads you probably have seen on Cnet and other big sites. You can see a demo of it here. This is what AdBrite says about their service:

Guaranteed Traffic & Branding
- The Publisher will send visitors to a URL of your choice.
- Pay only when someone visits your site. Tell us what your max bid per visitor is, and we’ll charge you only the min that is necessary.
- You will not write or upload an ad. Instead, visitors will automatically be taken to your site.
- Reach only engaged users deep in the websites experience. Ads are frequency capped at once per user per day.

Looks kind of cool. But this service will probably only be successful on larger sites and blogs.
